>>>I was sulking my way home. How could that happen??? How can that happen to me??? My heart felt heavy all the way home and I could not stop thinking about what had just happened to me. Flashes of memories flooded through my mind as one of the worst experiences ever...>>>I was seated in Chemistry class, listening to Mr Richard's monotonous lecture. Finally the bell rang and I was dashing out of the classroom when I felt a hand pushing my back, shoving me forward. I stumbled and almost tripped. I was enraged. Who was that? I turned around, to find my 'enemy', Amy. She was the girl who have everything - popularity, beauty, intelligence. Everything, just everything. Everyone respected her, especially her whole gang of cronies - a bunch of snobby girls. Everyone just loved her. However, I think otherwise. I think totally differently. To me, she was just some idiot who got into the school by mistake, had never been pretty, nor smart at all and definitely I also think she did not deserve all the popularity and respect. But I also knew that I was the only one who was thinking about her that way. Everyone else admires her. Sometimes I wonder WHY. I mean, is she that great? As I was wondering about that, leaving in my own world, Amy shrieked, "Oh my gosh! Look at her! Look at how dazed she is! What a weirdo! Come on girls! Let's stay away from her before we become weirdos too!" I was jolted out and looked at her, my fists clenched and my teeth bared. Steam seemed to be pouring out of my ears as my insides boiled. I wonder what is exactly her problem! What have I done to her that she must do all this to me? "You're going to get it from me!!!" I said to her, wondering if I really meant it. "Hah! YOU? Wow, I am so scared!" She said with great sarcasm. The whole gang of theirs then walked away, roaring with laughter. I sighed and dragged my feet to the next lesson - English. As I was walking, I met one of my best friends and chatted with her. I was chatting animatedly and was laughing out loudly when suddenly I realised the time. Uh-oh. I was late for class! I bade goodbye to my friend and scampered my way to the classroom. When I reached the door, I peered inside. I heaved a sigh of relief - our teacher, Mdm Lim, was not there yet. I stepped into the classroom. Curiosity tied a knot in me as I saw the whole class crowding around one table. I wondered what the commotion was all about. I paced towards the crowd and tip-toed at the back, trying to find out what was going on. I got a glimpse of a girl, nestling her head into her arms - a girl with long, black hair, and fair skin. It looks like.....No. How can admirable-Amy cry? I have never seen her cry before! I guess noone had. She is also known as a girl who is amazingly tough. She was miss-perfect. Could it be? Amy, crying? My eyes widened with shock as my doubts were confirmed, when one of Amy's cronies, Veronica, came by and said, "Amy, please don't cry! Relax! Please!" She comforted and patted Amy on her shoulder. What was happening? What made Amy cry? I asked around and found out that Amy had lost a hundred dollars, which she was supposed to keep, to give Mdm Lim. It was our class' money. We collected it, so we could have an end-of-year party and it all the money was passed to Amy. But now it seemed like she had lost it. Sobs came from her as she finally pulled her head away from her arms, looking up. Her face was filled with fear and despair. For once, I felt like giving up the hundred dollars I have in my wallet right then. I had it since I was having tuition after school, and I had to pay the fees. No way. What was I thinking? Giving up all that money for some popular girl who I called my enemy? Thinking that something got into me, I shook my head and turned around as clicking sounds echoed - Mdm Lim. She walked slowly into the classroom, her hair tied up into a bun and her strict face serious. She walked to her desk, set down the pile of books she was carrying and looked at the whole lot of us crowding around Amy's table. "What is going on here?" She said, looking suspiciously. "E-e-erm....Mdm Lim," Veronica started, looking doubtful. She hesitated before continueing,"A-Amy had lost the hundred dollars you asked her to collect.." She gave a sheepish look and glance towards Amy, who burst into tears as Veronica was telling Mdm Lim what had happened. Mdm Lim paced towards the crowded table, going beside Amy and asking, " Is that true, Amy? Did you really lost it? Please don't be scared and tell me the truth." Mdm Lim was talking in a calm, slow manner, making me stared at her in disbelief. Her looks really did not suit the manner she was talking in. Mdm Lim rested her hands on Amy's shoulder. Amy then told her that she did not have the one hundred dollars with her then, but she remembered she had put it in her wallet in the morning when she reached school. "Someone must have stolen it!" She shrieked hysterically. Is that possible? I have never heard any stealing happening in our school. I thought hard and wondered who could be the one, if what Amy was saying was true. "It must have been HER!" Amy continued and to my horror, she was pointing at me. What?! Me?! What did I do?! I certainly did not do anything! Oh no. What will happen to me now? "NO! It wasn't me, Amy, I promise you!" I said, assuring her. But she told Mdm Lim about what I said to her before - 'You are going to get it from me'. That was what I said. I started to regret saying that. Look at how much trouble I had got in because of that eight simple words! I tried to explain myself, stammering. I was afraid of what would happen to me. What if they did not believe me? I prayed hard that I would get through this. Mdm Lim looked at me with suspicious-looking eyes and decided to do a spot-check. Not only was it for me, but for everyone in the class. She was walking around, spot-checking everyone's bag, wallet, pockets - anything that she could find. Finally, it was my turn. Amy glared at me with eyes filled with anger. I was glad that looks could not kill. If not, I would collapse at that exact moment. Mdm Lim checked my bag - clear. My pockets - clear. My wallet - a hundred-dollar note was pulled out. Everyone gasped. What was their problem? It was just my tuition fees! I tried to tell Mdm Lim why it was there, and for what. But by that time, almost everyone of the students rushed up to me and bombarded me with all sorts of questions and comments. I did not know what to do. Amy pushed through the crowd, elbowing everyone out of the way and going beside Mdm Lim. She looked at me, red in the face and shouted, "How dare you! It was really YOU!" Everyone became silent, holding their breath, fearing what would happen next. Amy just continued glaring at me. I gulped. "Don't be scared! You're telling them that you're at fault by doing that! Be BRAVE!" A small voice at the back of my head commanded. I tried looking at Amy straight in the eyes. But I could not. My heart melted as she glared at me, angrier than ever before. Mdm Lim took a deep breath before saying calmly, "What is this doing in your wallet, Syakirah? Please explain yourself." I had trouble telling her. It felt as though there was a big lump in my throat that was preventing me from talking. After what seemed like an eternity, I finally ended it and Mdm Lim said that she would have to investigate further and would call my parents. My heart sank. She did not believe me! >>>For the rest of the day in school, I had to endure all the staring and glaring that I got while I moved along the corridor, sat in the canteen, attended lessons - in short, everywhere. I was walking to Mathematics lesson when I passed a group of girls, whispering to one another when they saw me. "She actually stole it! A hundred dollars! What a shame! Our school had never had a student like this! I guess she broke that record.." I heard that from one of the girls in the group. Tears welled up in my eyes, threatening to spill out. I ran away, wiping my tears away as my long hair swung from side to side. The day continued like that, with everyone gossiping about me everywhere I went in the school.>>>And here I was, walking back home from tuition. What a bad and rough day I had. When I reached home, my parents gave me a good news. They said that Mdm Lim had called them and they had explained to her that it was really true that the hundred dollars were for my tuition fees. Mdm Lim also apologised for the false accusation and she said that Amy must have left it somewhere. My heart was lifted and I felt elated for the first time that day, after a lot of crying and intensity. Wow, what a day I had and what an experience! comment here pls! ty xD

-->I sat in the classroom, my head resting on my hands. My eyelids were heavy and I felt like dozing off as I stared at Mr Lim, hating him for all the monotonous lectures. It really gets me all sleepy and bored. Finally, after what seemed like eternity - RRIINNG!!! Yes! The bell had gone! I dashed out of the classroom as fast as I could, glad that it was finally over. I headed towards the next lesson.-->I took my seat in the Mathematics lesson. Our Mathematics teacher, Mrs Ng, was not there yet. As usual, most of my classmates misbehaved. That was what they always do when a teacher is not around. Chaos could be found everywhere. Some of them were chasing each other. Some were throwing paper planes everywhere. Others chatted with one another animatedly, laughing every other minute whenever they shared a joke among each other. I was one of them. I was chatting with my best friend, Michelle, who was sitting next to me. Suddenly - BANG! It was followed by a shout. We turned wildly around and found a table lying on the floor. It seemed that one of them who were chasing each other, had banged into the table. Our classmate, Jon, was standing beside the table, rubbing his right arm. He clenched his fists and was red in the face. He immediately grabbed a pencil case and sent it hurdling across the room, landing flat on Adam's face, who must have been the one who pushed the table. By then, both Adam and Jon was glaring at each other. They then started throwing strings of vulgarities to each other. A few minutes later, they were punching each other. Adam swung his arm backwards and gave Jon a well-aimed punch in the stomach and Jon doubled over in pain. Adam took advantage of this and started kicking him continuously, finally making Jon fall down. Jon laid eagle-spread on the floor, his eyes barely opened. Just then - click click click. The heels of Mrs Ng's shoes could be heard nearing. Everyone gasped in horror. Michelle and I looked at each other. Adam's eyes widened in fear as he turned around, just in time to see Mrs Ng walking into the classroom, her hair tied into a bun. She looked at the class in horror and rushed to Jon the second she saw him. -->Fortunately, Jon suffered minor injuries only and nothing worse. Adam was punished severely because of his actions. Jon was not spared either. He, too, was into the fight. Both of them learnt their lessons. I wonder sometimes why people must be violent in order to solve their problems. All I know is that violence do us no good and it certainly does not help us in anythingツ
-->"BOOO!" a figure jumped out infront of me. It was white and smaller in size than me. I heard giggles and sighed - George. He was my 10-year-old, naughty, irritating little brother who just could not stop with his stupid lame pranks and tricks. "GEORGE! Stop it already! Can't you ever stop playing all this kind of tricks! Just grow UP! Stop acting as if you're seven year-olds!" I then stormed into my room and slammed the door hard. I tucked myself under the covers and drifted off to dream land.-->I opened my heavy eyelids and the sun shone pass my windows. I pulled the covers over my head. I felt like sleeping for a few more hours. "Sister, sister! Wake up!!! It's already late!!!" a shout came and i heard footsteps nearing. I ignored it and rolled over. Suddenly, lights shone into my eyes as my covers were pulled away. My eyes snapped open. George was standing over me, grinning widely. "Goodmorning!!!" he greeted me. I ignored that too and just got out of my bed, lazy to reply him or even hear to whatever he said. I went to wash up and prepared for breakfast. After having breakfast, I went to work. I got a whole mountain of a pile of all homework. I got three compos to do, two typed out and one written, also two stacks of maths worksheet. How I hate Mathematics! All those scary problem sums. They are always the obstacles to my good marks. While I was into my homework, I realised that my brother was not seen nor heard at all. I went to check on him. -->A few minutes later, I found myself tricked by brother again. I was fuming as I glared straight into George's eyes. He look at me with an innocent face. At that moment, I felt like slapping him tightly in the face. I clenched my fists and bared my teeth. My insides were boiling. He really need a lesson! "UURGGGH!!!" I shouted and stomped my feet all the way to my room and banged the door so hard that the world map which was hanged onto my door fell onto floor. -->I decided to teach him a lesson. I had planned a master game. I decided to carry out the game that night, since my parents were out for over night job. After getting tired of the television, George finally went to bed. "YES! This is the time!" I whispered to myself as I crept along the hallway, heading towards my brother's room after around an hour since he went into his room. I rested my hand onto the door knob and slowly turned it. The door creaked as I opened it. I tiptoed into the room and dropped a few fake, realistic huge spiders beside his bed. The next morning, as I was preparing breakfast - "AAAAHHHH!!!!! HELP!!!" Yes! It worked!--> That day, I pretended to be nice to George and treated him very well. At around three in the afternoon, I was in my room when I heard him opening his door. Getting all excited, I grabbed the most important thing to my game and slowly crept out of the room. My brother was heading for the stairs, down to our living room and kitchen. I slowly caught up with him, trying my best and hoping against hope that he would not realise. Finally I got behind him. Phew! It was real hard to get behind him without getting noticed. As he reached thetop of the stairs, I made a small noise to get his attention. George turned around and - "BOO!" I shouted. All I saw was his eyes widening and his mouth opening in shock because the next thing I knew, George was tumbling down the stairs, shouting and screaming. I stood there, rooted to the spot as a a deep sense of remorse pierced through my heart.-->My parents were informed and a few hours later we were all gathered at the hospital. My brother was admitted in and it was my fault - all my fault. Remorse filled me once again and tears of frutration trickled down my cheeks. Finally, the doctor came out. He paced slowly towards us, his face serious. Suddenly, he gave a toothless grin and said, "Don't worry. He's fine, except for some injuries. Do take care, though. Don't let him get injured again." With that, he left. I gave a sigh of relief and hugged my father. My mother let out a burst of tears of joy. I was glad that he was saved. "George is safe!" That same three words kept repeating in my head and a smile appeared of my face.--> After meeting up with my brother again, I apologised profusely. I thought maybe it was too late to apologise, but I did it anyway. Surprisingly, my brother forgave me and I was saved from my parent's punishment because of him. After that day, us siblings treated each other well and rarely had any quarrels at all. Most importantly, we stopped playing pranks and the remorse in my heart was still there, making it impossible for me to repeat the same mistake again. click here to comment pls! ty((:<--

Tick Tock Tick Tock. The clock was ticking and time was nearly up. Sweat rolled down my forhead as I racked my brains for the steps to solve the problem. I was in my classroom, having the Mathematics exam. The atmosphere in there was really tensed. I, being a weak student in Mathematics, was having problems with the questions in there. After a few minutes of recalling every single thing my teacher had taught my class, I finally got the solution and scribbled furiously onto the paper. I was getting more and more frustrated as time flied and the time for ending the paper came nearer and nearer. I turned the page and stopped to read the question. I tried to focus but my mind was blank. "Concentrate!!!" A small voice at the back of my head commanded. I clenched my fists and furrowed my eyebrows. I read the question a few times. I drew models to help myself, but found that I was probably getting the wrong concept. I dug my pencil case. Suddenly, my hand touched something soft. I glanced into the pencil case. There, in my hands, was a piece of folded paper, all scrunged up. I wondered when I put it in. I finally recalled sliding it into my pencil case after I wrote down the notes on what Ms Tan was teaching. I stared at the paper for a while. Then it hit me. Is it possible for me to use this piece of paper to solve the problems? I wonder if anyone is going to catch me? What if they do manage to do so? I was having doubts about doing it. Should I? I wondered and wondered. I looked at the clock - only 10 minutes left! "Just do it!" I told myself. Since i was sitting at the back corner of the classroom, the chance of anyone seeing me was very low. I hid the paper under the table and opened it. I glanced around and looked at the notes. "Ahah!" I whispered to myself, scribbling away. I took another glance at the paper, then continued to finish solving the problem sum. I put down the paper under my table. Suddenly, unfortunately for me, the fan above me made the paper flew out of under my table and onto the floor. Obviously, the invigilator, Mdm Lim, had noticed and was already pacing towards me. Mdm Lim was looking at me with suspicious-looking eyes. She crouched over the paper and picked it up, then walking towards me and asking, "is this paper yours, Syakirah?" I opened my mouth but not a sound came out. I felt as if there was a lump in my throat. After getting my voice, I stammered, "Y-y-yes..." I finally got a severe scolding and punishment and my parents were informed. I got caned and was grounded for two weeks. A few days after that incident, I was looking out the window, green with envy of the children playing outside, under the hot burning sun. "Well, I guess it's my fault too," I said, sighing. I learnt that cheating will do us no good and i really regret what i have done, also wished that I have never even thought of it.

"It is her birthday today,"whispered Susan to herself. As she stared at the photo of a girl with short hair and spectacles, tears rolled down her rosy cheeks. Such bad luck had fallen over Susan, losing one of her most-loved ones - Amy. Flashes of the worst of memories came into Susan's mind...The two best friends walked to school together, to their college. Never did they thought that they would be separated forever on this fateful day. They finally reached infront of the gate of the college. The building was all white and not to mention huge. Tall trees surrounded it beautifully and at the gate wrote the name of the college - ST. JOSEPH'S COLLEGE. They entered the the gate, walking side by side. A whole crowd of students were entering too, chit-chatting and some of them laughing loudly. In a few minutes time, assembly started and lessons begin. Susan and Amy, who were in the same class, dragged their feet to Mr Adam's class - History. It was the most dreaded lesson anyone could have. Just after they had sat down in their seats, Mr Adam walked slowly into the class. He was a short man with barely enough hair to cover his whole head and wore round spectacles with a white shirt and pants. He looked more like a bald student wearing adult clothes than a teacher. "Now, do everyone have their books?" Mr Adam asked."Yes," everyone said in dragged voices. Mr Adam then started explaining to us about how the Japanese used to attack the country. "Blahblah, this is so boring!" Amy whispered to Susan. Mr Adam's monotonous lecture went on and on. Until finally - RRRRIIINNNG!!!!! The bell rang, marking the end of History Class. Mr Adam was interrupted in mid-sentence. Before he could even say a word, the whole class was dashing out of the class as soon as possible, glad that it was the end of it. "I am so going to hate that class forever! What was Mr Adam trying to do to us?! Bore us to death, maybe?" Amy complained. Susan snickered, thinking how funny her best friend could get. After going for other few lessons like English, Maths and Gym, it was time for recess. Both of them headed to the cafeteria, drenched with sweat after playing badminton in Gym. After recess, they went to the lab to have Chemistry lesson. They were supposed to test on some liquid. After a few minutes, some of them were having problems with testing the liquids. Suddenly - BOOM!!! At the end of room, one of the liquids have exploded. Probably, the students there must have done something wrong. Smoke filled the air and fire started. Susan's eyes filled with fear and Amy's heart started racing madly. Everyone in there was running out of the room, their arms flailing madly in the air and screaming at the top of their lungs. Students were pushing to get out. In the chaos, Susan had lost Amy. Where was she? "Amy!!!Amy!!! AMY!!!!!" Susan shouted, tears of frustration welled up in her eyes. The inferno became bigger and red flames danced around. It was getting harder to breathe by the second as more smoke was produced. Screams filled the air and Susan looked wildly around. "That sounded like Amy!" she thought. Fear built up in her and her knees and hands went cold and clammy. Sweat started rolling down her forehead as she feared of what could be happening to Amy. Susan suddenly decided to turn around and search for Amy, but was pushed by the crowd. As everyone pushed to the door, light suddenly reached her eyes. By the time she reached outside the room, a whole lot of students and staff was crowded there and shoving the students out of the room. Our chemistry teacher, Mrs Johnson, started a head count to make sure noone is missing or left inside the room while the fire fighters filled the hallway, forcing us to move aside as they barged into the burning room. "Mrs Johnson!!! Amy is missing!! She's still inside!!!NOO!!! Someone help her!! Please!!!!" Susan screamed hysterically, her eyes wide with fear. A few people came to calm her down but their efforts were to no avail. Susan was too frightened of what could happen to Amy. After a few minutes of frustration and fear, the fire fighter finally went out of the room. One of them headed towards us slowly. He reached and began, "I am sorry - " but before he could even finish his sentence, Susan and a few other people had burst into tears. It was too obvious. His face had shown it all - Amy is gone. They all went into the room, which was once filled with red dancing flames. There laid what seemed like a lifeless ragdoll - Amy's body. Her body was so badly burnt until she was unrecognizable. Almost every part of her body seemed to be blackened. The sight was so terrifying that some students ran out of the room straight away, not being able to stand it any longer. Susan slowly went near the body, tears once more filling her eyes and her heart sinking. It was as though someone had squashed the life out of her.Amy's family was informed and they arrived at the college. Despair, once more filled the area. Amy's mother shouted in despair and ran forward to Amy's body and her father slowly went towards her lifeless body, shooking his head unbelievably. Susan sat beside Amy's body and closed her eyes, tars seeping between her eyelids and rolling down her cheeks.Susan was jolted out of her thoughts as her cell phone rang - someone was calling. Giving one last glance at her late best friend's photo, she answered the phone. Those last memories with Amy will be etched in Susan's mind forever.click here to comment pls!!!
